Creating a Positive Workplace
A practical, modern alternative to discrimination prevention training that doesn’t have your staffs’ eyes glazing over when confronted with yet another sexual harassment prevention training. This facilitation is based on the methodology of bystander intervention, identifying scenarios and developing appropriate intervention techniques and scripts to stop inappropriate behavior. It puts control back into the hands of the workforce to develop and maintain the culture of the workplace in compliance with company policy. Particular company policies and requirements may be incorporated and specific scenarios can also be addressed as requested.

Having Difficult Conversations
Supervisors often have difficulty initiating and having conversations with subordinates who are underperforming.
