T.J. leverages her extensive experience within the legal system and Federal Government, combined with her expertise in Management, Communication, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) to craft innovative solutions for organizations. Her solutions optimize resources, mitigate risks, and achieve positive outcomes. T.J.’s belief is that early, effective communication empowers teams to resolve issues at lower levels, saving cost, time, and emotional entrenchment.

T.J.’s commitment to public service and her sincere desire to give back to the community shine through her volunteer work with the nonprofit National Capital Treatment and Recovery (NCTR) where she serves on the Board of Directors dedicated to improving access to treatment and recovery resources for those in need, and with Zoomies Against Sexual Assault (ZASA) whose mission is to combat sexual assault, sexual harassment, and abuse of victims/survivors.

We handle internal clarifications and/or investigations into workplace disputes and personnel matters along with compliance reviews of internal policy. We develop and deliver tailored training on a variety of topics, to include Ethics, Equal Employment Opportunity, alternatives to Sexual Harassment Prevention such as Bystander Intervention.
