What does Ardaithe Consulting do?
Our services include individual and organizational consulting to support growth in the following areas:

- Training, Development and Delivery
- Professional and Personal Mentoring
We develop and deliver specialized training in the subjects mentioned above, as well as alternative training to Sexual Harassment Prevention focusing on prevention rather than solely reviewing the laws; our goal being to elevate your internal culture.
Our team of certified EEO investigators provide clarification and/or investigative services into Equal Employment Opportunity workplace disputes and conduct other fact-finding inquiries.
What industries do you specialize in?
While much of our experience is in Federal Government organizations, many businesses face the same challenges with workplace culture. We take pride in our ability to quickly learn the particular needs of our individual clients in any field, so we may better support them.
How do you price your services?
Our prices are determined by the complexity and scope of the project, the number of people involved, and whether it can be done virtually or must be in person, and whether there is a timeliness issue (time sensitivity?). While we offer an hourly rate, investigation costs may be capped based on the number of witnesses to be interviewed. Due to these factors, there is no typical project and we strive to tailor our prices to your company’s individual needs. We are happy to have a preliminary call with you to determine the potential scope and cost of your project.
Will you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We may use a Mutual NDA so that our own trade secrets can be protected as well.
What is the origin of Ardaithe Consulting’s name?
Ardaithe is a Gaelic word that means to lift up or elevate. Both of the founders are of Irish descent and wanted to blend our heritage with our vision of helping individuals and organizations elevate their work and workforce to create a healthier, more inclusive environment.
