With a combined 65+ years of experience, we’ve mediated, mentored, facilitated, led, managed, and built teams. We know that with more diversity, the stronger, more agile, and effective the team can be. We understand differences among team members is not a cause for concern, competition within the team, or finger pointing. Research has shown that members from different backgrounds have greater problem-solving capabilities and are more innovative, because the team has access to a greater variety of skills, perspectives, ideas, and experiences.
