As the Co-Founder and CFO of Ardaithe Consulting, LLC, she brings a unique perspective to her work, drawing from over 35 years of service as an Air Force veteran.

Barbara’s impressive career began as an aircraft mechanic, and through dedication and determination, she steadily climbed the ranks, ultimately retiring as a Colonel in 2020. Her success as a woman in a traditionally male-dominated field has equipped her with valuable insights and a passion for mentoring both men and women, empowering them to enhance their communication skills and foster successful collaborations.
