TJ McGrath is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ardaithe Consulting LLC. A licensed Attorney and retired Air Force Colonel, TJ has a proven track record of effectively identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex management challenges. With more than a decade of experience in executive leadership, TJ has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of organizational management, with a particular focus on navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of workplace diversity.
Drawing on her extensive experience with the legal system and Federal Government (both within the Executive and Legislative Branches), as well as her expertise in Management, Communication, and DEI, she is adept at developing innovative solutions for organizations that optimize resources, mitigate risks, and achieve positive outcomes.
As a highly skilled communicator and facilitator, and with an unparalleled ability to handle sensitive and highly visible situations with tact, diplomacy, and discretion, TJ excels at building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels. She fosters a culture of open dialogue and constructive feedback that drives continuous improvement and sustainable results.

Our goal is to assist you in elevating your workforce and executive leadership team by creating and maintaining a culture of inclusion and growth within your organizations. We provide individualized consulting on strategic leadership and management issues. We handle internal clarifications and/or investigations into workplace disputes and personnel matters along with compliance reviews of internal policy. We develop and deliver tailored training on a variety of topics, to include Ethics, Equal Employment Opportunity, alternatives to Sexual Harassment Prevention such as Bystander Intervention.
